At Tandem Leave Solutions, we understand the profound impact of parental leave – it’s more than just policy; it’s about supporting families through life’s most precious moments. With nearly 20% of all leave requests we process related to maternity, paternity, bonding, and adoption, we know that care and support during these early stages matter.
That’s why, along with one of our clients, we’re partnering with Compassion International to sponsor a maternal and infant care Survival Program in Uganda in East Africa. This helps to ensure that these precious babies have a stronger, healthier start in life and that their mothers receive the care they deserve.

Compassion International has served children and
families in Uganda for over four decades.
Through this program, each Survival Center we and our clients help to sponsor will provide essential medical care, education, and resources to expectant mothers and newborns in need. By investing in these critical early moments, we’re helping to create brighter futures for families in Uganda. We’re proud to collaborate with our clients to expand this mission, turning our shared commitment to families into real, life-changing impact.
Would you like to help us expand this impact – one child and mother at a time? With an annual sponsorship your organization can help bring life-saving care to even more families.
